• AXS Mobile ID digital event admission tickets will be sent no later than September 1, 2026.
• AXS Mobile ID digital merch redemption vouchers will be sent no later than September 1, 2026.
  • Limited Edition Towel must be picked up at the event. No post-festival shipping.
• AXS Mobile ID digital Offsite Parking tickets will be sent no later than September 1, 2026.
  • Please present QR Code upon arrival to the parking lot for verification.

Transfers:

• If your party is arriving separately, you may transfer individual tickets through your AXS account. Instructions can be found HERE.
• Please note, the transfer option will be turned on within 72 hours of the festival (or possibly sooner). Please stay tuned.
• The recipient will receive an email with a link to accept their transferred tickets and, if they haven’t already, instructions to download the AXS App. For security purposes your AXS Mobile ID refreshes every 60 seconds to a new QR code so any screenshots or printed versions will not be valid.
• No transfers allowed once QR code has been scanned into the event.

Additional Info

• No wristband issued for single day GA (single day = one scan only if no ins and outs).
• No wristband issued for 2-Day GA. Once you scan your ticket the first day the transfer ability is locked (ie you must use the same account both days to attend).
• Premium Pit purchasers will need to check in each day for an updated Pit wristband, pickup details shared closer to show.

• Only $4 fee per installment for payment plan ($8 total fee).

• Exact payment amounts may vary by a few cents due to rounding, but the total due will not exceed order total.
